    Thank you, thank you, thank you! FedEx got the gold chain here at 3:00
    Friday. I threaded it through the grandma pendant and put an unseen
    knot in the chain. Set the pendant up in the box, buttoned everything
    up, wrapped it complete with a bow, and set every thing aside until
    the right moment following dinner. After getting the knot out, how
    could I put a square knot in the chain, mom got it properly adjusted.
    John showed his interest by displaying a piece of shrimp from the
    sushi bar that had too much wasabi on it. Grandma was very pleased
    with the gift and what she hopes will be a growing record of her
    family. Again, my sincerest appreciation for your extra effort to make
    the celebration complete.

    I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The heart shape with the birthstones and all our family's names personalized on each matching line says it all. The chain and clasp is much sturdier than expected. I'm very satisfied with the price given how much gold and gemstones prices are right now, this is a great deal for the amount of precious metal you get!
