    Our "Open Heart Pendant with Birthstones Necklace" is created with a dainty polished heart holding Mom's or Grandma's birthstone. The open heart charm is adorned with her loved ones' birthstones. The heart pendant is made with Sterling Silver and accented with Austrian crystal birthstones. Heart measures 13/16" tall and hangs on a 20" rope chain. Choose Mom's stone and up to 7 children's.

    Please note:
  • A stone must be selected for the "Mother's Birthtone". If you do not want a stone, please select "Apr/White Spinel" so that the stone will appear clear.
  • The jeweler does not allow us to request specific placement of names or stones on the necklace. The placement is up to the jeweler.
  • Adding additional birthstones at a later date is not available since pendant is custom made upon order.
  • Gift message or gift box is unavailable for this item.

    this charming pendant necklace is everything i want in a necklace. great looking with a little sparkle and most importantly, it's easy to wear without it wearing you! in other words it hangs in a gentle and subtle manner on your chest.

    Shipping time said 3-5 weeks but it arrived in one, that was excellent. Very pretty item.
    Pros:
    I liked that shipping came sooner than expected. And that it was reasonably priced.
    Cons:
    The children's birthstones were a little smaller than expected, the picture does not show it justice.
